Product Returns

  • Our return policy is valid for 14 calendar days. Once 14 calendar days have elapsed (from the day you have received the order), we cannot accept your return or refund request.

  • The product must be in its original condition without being opened, tested, used, or damaged.

  • If the product was already received damaged, please follow the same process for product returns. Please highlight in the email that the product was received damaged. The policy for damaged products is the same policy for Product Returns.

How to return a product?

  • Please request a return or a refund by contacting us via e-mail. The email should highlight the order number and the reason behind the return.

  • Any associated costs with returning the product and processing the refund will be borne by the customer. Such costs include, but are not limited to, shipping costs, handling costs, payment processing fees, and any applicable taxes.

  • Once the product(s) are received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming that we have received the items and indicating the approval or rejection of your refund request.

  • If approved, the request will be processed, and the balance will be automatically applied to your credit card or the original payment method used in your order.

  • If any of the costs associated with returning the product and processing the refund was paid by us, we will deduct the costs paid by us from the total value that will be refunded to you.

Shipping Policy

  • Preparation of orders will begin once an order is placed through our website.

  • Once the order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email which includes the shipment tracking number.

  • Shipping will usually not exceed 15 days from the date we hand over your order to the shipping company. On average, orders will take 3 to 7 business days to be delivered within Saudi Arabia, and 5 to 15 working days for shipping outside Saudi Arabia.

  • Delivery of products might exceed 15 days for many reasons, including but not limited to, the shipping address was not filled accurately, or you have failed to respond to the shipping company in a reasonable time, or due to customs procedures or any force majeure events.

  • Communication regarding your order will be made to the mobile number and/or email provided in the shipping address you have filled.

  • The shipping address cannot be changed once submitted. Please contact us through email if you want to change the address (before shipment is made).

  • In case your order was not received and was returned to us, we will refund you in full. However, if it was proven that you did not respond to calls and/or emails from the shipping company, the shipping costs and any other associated costs for the return of the product will be borne by you.

  • Compensation for delays or any damages to the products made by the shipping company should be settled between you and the shipping company. Please do contact us if this issue arises so that we can help you in resolving it.

  • Before contacting us regarding shipment updates, you should first contact the courier/shipping company directly as per the details provided in the shipping confirmation email.

  • Public holidays are not counted within the number of shipping days
